​We create our own reality with the thoughts we think and the words we say
How do we do this?
What you say has power, thoughts have power, it is all about intention
What you focus on is what your intention is positive or negative, you are subconsciously choosing what you want for your life.
This is what you are telling the universe you want.
 So When you say to yourself  “I am not ok”  or “I am stuck” over and over, you are creating that reality for your future
When you say “I am prosperous and abundant beyond my wildest dreams, all that I desire and require is coming to me effortlessly” you are also creating that reality for your future.
