Yet, the greatest love, that which she ignored and he avoided, connected their hearts - their souls.
He feared commitment, she feared intimacy, and both feared they couldn't be who the other needed.
So, for years they neglected it - rejected it - choosing to live lives of lies trying to love others.
But such intense feelings never die no matter how hard you smother them with pretense, and running away can never free you from the inescapable.
Eventually, the love they fled from will conquer them.
After all, that's what love does - for better or for worse."
