Reiki helps to relax the mind, body, and emotions.
Most use Reiki for Anxiety, Stress, Pain, to relax or to get off medications.
Similar to Massage, however most clients prefer Reiki as it heals much more than massage, and the healing continues after the session, and we do not have to touch the client.
